MA! motherhood with attitude, LLC believes that the best motherhood moments are captured by real moms of their real kids. Therefore, we use photos submitted by moms from all over. We never use stock photography.

We seek shots that capture a feeling of motherhood…such as sleep deprivation, chaos, frustration, elation, and love. Or photos that celebrate milestones… such as first birthday, sleeping through the night, potty training, first day of school, or prom.

The backs of our cards include a brief description of the moment the photo was snapped.

Please review and accept our release terms before uploading your file. The release is a binding agreement and governs our use of your photo(s). If you have any questions regarding the release, do not upload your photo and, instead, contact us for clarification. Your photo may be used on cards or any other products that MA! produces, which will then be distributed and/or sold by retailers and via our website.

Sure, we’ll make ya famous, but make sure you’re comfortable with the photo being seen by hundreds, hopefully thousands, of people before you sign our agreements.

This Agreement will not be “signed” in the sense of a traditional paper document. You hereby agree that this “electronic signature” will have the full force and effect of an original signature.
